One of the highlights of our trip to Paris last year was David Lebovitz's Paris Pastry app...seriously it made our trip so much fun and delicious. Now trying to find a similar food app for NYC. An app that will highlight the very best spots for eating...divided by type of food/pastry and based upon different parts of the city. With Paris Pastry, as soon as we started to get hungry, we'd pull up the map on the app and head for the nearest danger zone aka pastry shop/chocolate store/macaroon/etc.

bump!
anyone? |
| Not an app, but I think Serious Eats' New York coverage is excellent. They do have a mobile-optimized site, so you could search Serious Eats New York for any kind of food. They also have paired up with a walking tour company to design a food tour of NYC's Chinatown. |
| Perfect! Thanks so much for responding. |
