I only know of siblings, no intel on new families. My child spent 3 years there. I don't know exactly what they are looking for but I would say that the most common characteristics are parents that are very involved with their children and the preschool community but that do not come off as too intense, status obsessed, etc. I think when you mix that with a good play date, add in the balance of gender and personaility traits for the class you get the formula in there somewhere. It is so small that one reason that you might not stand out is because they only take 15 kids and usually have a lot of siblings. I will say that spots almost always open up for Tucker room (final year of the three years).
