Do you think my company won?

I started my own company about a month ago in my field of expertise. I submitted a large proposal to a government agency a few weeks ago. Today I was contacted by someone from that government agency with the title "purchasing agent" who needed our CAGE code and DUNS information (we didn't submit originally because we didn't yet have it!). Do you think this is a sign that we may have one? Is this something the government has to document for all companies who submit --- regardless of whether they win or lose?
I am obviously just waiting it out but I have had a particularly tough week here with a lot of things going on with my special needs daughter and school issues. I could really use some good news of any sort so I may just be getting my hopes up! |
