Greenpath - Pros vs. Cons

So after many years of spending more than she's brought in, its looking like my DW has finally seen the light. While I absolutely want to believe that Greenpath is as good as it sounds, I'd love to hear if any downsides exist. Like are there notations in a credit report, etc. Seems like that would be a given, but in this case, perhaps an improvement over the status quo.

I am aware of the contractual obligations regarding CC use.
