I marinate in Soy Vey sauce, then put in Pyrex, cover with tinfoil, and bake covered for 25 min or so, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Make with cous cous (quick) and steamed veggies.

What is soy vey sauce? I know we have soy sauce. What temp in the oven?
