Yes, Cafe Deluxe is good.

Mayfair and Pine on Wisconsin is yummy too.

Town Hall as well.

Another vote for Cafe Deluxe. It's a chain, not "small and charming," but the breakfast is good.

We had really awful service at Town Hall for a weekend brunch. They didn't seem up to the task.
On a weekday it might be better though. The food was good.
