16 oz of sour cream plus one package of onion soup mix makes a fantastic French Onion soup dip for chips and veggies.
I often add 8 oz sour cream, 4 oz of cream cheese to 16 oz of ricotta and 8 oz of shredded mozzarella for my lasagna filling. It's smoother and tastier than plain ricotta. |
