Does your charter or PTA publish a parent or family directory? What information does it contain? When do you receive this directory?

We are at a charter and yes the school publishes a family directory in early October. Contains parent(s) and children's names and contact info (address, phone # and email). People can opt out or publish only their email or phone number.
