Live in SS close to Kensington...looking for suggestions for ethnic food take-out in Wheaton (where it's usually much easier to park than in downtown SS).
So far, we've tried Ruan Thai, which I like a lot...other ideas? Mexican place other that Baja Fresh? Can you get Ethiopian to go, or is that just a mistake? |
| Ren's Ramen. |
| Ren's have take out? |
| You can call in an order to pickup, if that's the question. |
|
Pollo Campero. Cameron's Seafood.
And although you said you don't want downtown SS, Flippin' Pizza is the BEST pizza in the area. |
| El Pollo Rico. Best PEruvian Chicken in the area. |

Hollywood East
Max's |
| 16:30 here. Oh yeah, Max's. Great falafel and shwarma. Haven't been there in a while, but so good. They are closed on Saturdays though. |
There's a Flippin' Pizza in the shopping center at the intersection of Democracy and Old Georgetown (the one by WJ High School). I live in Kensington right where Ktown, Chevy Chase and Silver Spring come together. Much quicker to drive to Bethesda Flippin pizza than downtown Silver Spring. They will also deliver to Kensington. How about Parkway Deli (Grubb right off of East-West Highway), or Tako Grill in Bethesda (Wisconsin Avenue not too far from Jones Bridge Road) for sushi. Agree with PP about Ren's Ramen. |
| New Kam Fong in Wheaton on University has good Chinese including Chinese barbecue. They used be in Chinatown. |
