Babysitters in Rome?

We plan on traveling to Rome in early November with our 3 1/2 year old daughter, and will need a babysitter for a few nights. We are renting an apartment, and so won't be affiliated with any hotel. Does anyone know of a reputable service willing to provide references? TIA
