Don't know Thai food as well as others. What's your standard order?

We order Sala Thai, and don't get all of this unless we want leftovers because it's too much food for our family of 2, but these are our favorites.

Tom Yum Goong (Shrimp, Tomato, Mushroom in hot and sour lemongrass broth)

I always test a new place by ordering Tom Ka gai soup and pad Thai. If they do a hatchet job on those, I usually don't go back.

Shrimp or salmon w/red curry sauce or mango sauce

Kra pow gai (spicy basil chicken) for me.

Pad see we gai (soy sauce noodles, mild, with broccoli and chicken) or DH.

Chicken satay and rice for DD.

Every time.

I have yet to have good pad Thai outside of Thailand. What are your favorite Thai restaurants?
