There is little inventory and homes have been selling fast. Do you think this is properly priced? |
| Looks like a flip. Seems overpriced for GP. I wouldn't pay more than $800k. Maybe $780k. |
Even with the finished basement? Also, price history doesn't show any other sale after 2004. Why do you think it's a flip? Because of the quality of the fiinishes? |
| Price seems high. Also, what's up with the washer/dryer being in plain view adjacent to the kitchen? |
I know! It looks so cheap. Also, I hate that they didn't do hardwood throughout, as the tile/hardwood line looks pretty cheap. They went too far with the open concept. Seems like there could have been room for a laundry closet near the kitchen. |

and carpet in on the basement floor? with floods being so common in DC I would have chosen ceramic tile flooring, European style.
The washer and dryer could have been in the basement also. Kitchen too open. |
Glover Park is up the hill, so I don't think flooding is a major issue there. |
| Since they've torn out the dividing wall between the kitchen and living room, you're going to be looking at that W/D while sitting on the sofa in the living room. What a stupid design choice. We renovated and later sold a house in GP with that exact same floor plan. We partially opened up the kitchen, but didn't make the whole first floor feel like a studio apartment. |
| I looked at this earlier today and thought the floor plan was weird. I feel that it's overpriced. |
