Maddux Application

Hi all,

I have not heard anything from Maddux after applying for my son for K. Has anyone else? I am trying to determine whether I should call or if that would be obnoxious. I don't want to be labeled an annoying parent already!

Once, when I called them to ask a question, they didn't call me back for a month. By then, we had moved on.

didn't they just have a student visit day last week? I believe they let you know in March just like any other private school. They also have to receive the re-enrollment contracts first which isn't due back until the end of February, before they can figure out how many actual spots are available. There were only a couple spots this year for new students in the regular K as so many kids came back. Don;t know about the K/1 class though. I think it probably varies year to year

When you say you havent heard anything, do you mean you havent received a decision on admission or that you havent heard about scheduling a visit? If the former, you should just wait; if the latter, you should call.

Yes renrollment contracts just went out, you probably won't hear till mid to end of march

Returning family contracts aren't due til Feb 25, so don't expect to hear anything til maybe the following week or so. I don't recall getting acceptance till March, like other area schools.
