It looks like a definite decision to package Hillary in a certain way. Alec had met her parents in the early days, he knew everything. The DM had photos of her parents leaving his apartment in the beginning of their relationship.

My H, who was born and raised in MD, just called and asked me, with a sexy fake accent, how to say raspberries in English and made a crude joke about cucumbers. He's at Trader Joe's grocery shopping.
