yeh the camera guy needs to be fired tons of blurry pictures 1 side ways. WHO the doesn't hire a professional photographer for a 6 million dollar house.

Sorry for 10,000 sqrft house it looks pretty mediocre especially at that price tag. The outside is pretty bland too.

I think the house is pretty boring, given what else is out there. Far from inspiring. Wouldn't be surprised if OP is the seller or agent.

You are right. The description says owner/agent. What's with the snow picture? Doesn't that have to be at least 3 years old?

Do you think it's some kind of sham? Obviously these houses aren't worth what they are asking and they don't seem to be seriously marketing them. Maybe they want to be able to say they have a $6.4 million listing as a way to gain credibility with potential clients? Or does it get them on some kind of list?

This house is worth $6.4 mil. If you think it isn't you know nothing about NWDC real estate. It's all about location.

I don't agree. I live in NWDC. The new houses off of Foxhall are nicer and in the $3-4MM range.
