Letters were sent out to those who made the interview, emails sent to those who did not make the interview.

According to my DC, letters arrived Monday. Emails Tuesday. Interview Feb. 23. My DC got an email.

We received the email Monday night that DC would receive the letter with time/date. Received letter yesterday.
