Wrong. Everyone here concluded its Pippa because Kate has Terry Schiavo’d herself. She used up all of her life’s electrolytes by gamely putting on her wig and participating in different athletic demos over more than a decade, but her heart couldn’t go thump thump unlike a dazzling better who bravely escaped the courtiers and evil William.

This is spectacular.

And yet in Spare, Harry recounts calling his therapist immediately after the fight with William. The Crown had an episode where Prince Phillip essentially started holding a form of a men's group. In Googling, it apparently happened (it may have been more religious, not sure). Per Tina Brown, the family was well aware Harry had psychological struggles and he himself said his brother and sister in law encouraged treatment. I also think Diana had treatment. It was the 80's ed treatment was not what it is now...This family has issues but they're not dum dums...I don't buy that they forbid mental health treatment. It does not square with the facts said by royals themselves

We have to believe Meghan. Like do they even do therapy in the UK? They were too cruel to her, and now look at this predicament. She tried so hard and only some random flight attendant thanked her for her service to Queen and country.

This was incredibly useful, thank you! I learned a bunch of things, but two that jump out:

- KP has blatantly lied about William's health before. Apparently William had a severe case of Covid in April 2022 but when asked numerous times if the Prince had ever had Covid, reps vehemently denied it. It wasn't revealed until November of that year that he'd been sick with it. This is so fascinating to me because I just can't imagine why you would lie about this. Most people have had Covid at least once at this point. It sounds like he was quite sick but was not hospitalized, so one of the "flu-like" cases (mine was similar). Why would you cover this up? I don't get it.

- The details about how when KP is talking to the press or "authorizing" a paparazzi photo or not. I kind of knew some of this (like I knew about the royal rota and about the voluntary gag order on pap photos in the British press) but it was really useful to have it laid out so clearly.

I really recommend reading that whole piece if you are interested in this story, including the interview, as it was very revealing.

I think one possible reason to lie about William having COVID could have been that Queen Elizabeth also had COVID in early 2022 — which suggests that people close to her might not have been as meticulously careful as someone interacting with a vulnerable nonagenarian might have needed to be. So if there were a coverup it might have been to avoid tracing how QEll got COVID.

No, they lied about him having COVID in April 2020, very different COVID environment than 2022.

Her siblings also went on vacay last month. Brit royals would do this. There is a “stiff upper lip and go on with life’s duties as normal” attitude that’s also very WASP . Like Barbara Bush going golfing after losing their daughter to cancer . Pres. Bush wrote about it as it deeply troubled him.

The class differences with Kates mom and the royals are made more clearer with the hospitalization.

There’s a wise understanding that returning to life’s normal routine is the way to stay stress free and gain clarity during difficult times rather than handwring and live your life in a permanent frenzy

It’s obvious Will wasn’t there to see her and maybe it was on Kates orders. Maybe she doesn’t want to look at him anymore . I certainly wouldn’t fault her

He did visit her at the hospital.

There has been some speculation that Pippa's photos may be from another time but were published now to create exactly the impression you note.

The TMZ picture is obviously a very swollen Kate.

Kate is sick from a very likely eating disorder that was exacerbated by her miserable marriage to William.

The miserable marriage definitely involves William’s infidelity, and DV could be a factor, too.

Whatever it is, it’s awful.
