I am in my early 20's and on Monday, I have an interview at a law firm for a secretary position. Prior to this, I have been a nanny and have been working as an administrative assistant at my dads company but am ready to move on.
I'm not too sure what I should wear for an interview. I was thinking of wearing black pants with a nice top and heels but I'm not sure this is nice enough for a law firm? Can anyone give me any input? |
| Suit. |
| Definitely a suit and conservative heels. What you are considering isn't enough. |
OP Here: thank you for the advice. I had a feeling it wouldn't be enough but I wasn't sure. I just wear nice black pants and tops at my fathers company but I'm not in the front all the time so it's ok. Thanks for the advice. Looks like ill be shopping for a suit tomorrow. |

| You do need a suit for this interview. Good luck! You will be great! |
| Suit for sure. What you described would be fine when you get the job, but not for the interview. |
