Parenting playgroups has a great one but it's in Alexandria/Springfield. You could go to www.apsva.us and search for "summer activities fair." See directory of particpants. Good luck!

If you're willing to go into Georgetown, St. John's Preschol has a wonderful camp, half day, for young children. Taught by preschool teachers. There are definitely folks coming in from Arlington. DC would have to be 2.5, I think.
