New mom/baby classes/support groups for post-delivery

My sister is due later this month and I'm putting together a "care kit" for her post-delivery. Can folks please share some of the classes and/or support groups that you've found in DC? I found the Breastfeeding baby group that meets on Tuesday mornings at the Breastfeeding Center.

Are you looking for items to put in the care basket or new moms' groups (like La Leche League, stroller strides, anything on meetup.com, some pediatric offices also offer new moms' groups, etc.)?

OP here--in the care kit I want to include a list of classes and programs that other moms recommend

I can only recommend the prenatal yoga classes so far, but Tranquil Space (near Dupont) has baby-and-me yoga classes.
