I see so much of this for sale. Anyone use it and found it helpful
If you do, when and how often do you take it, and what exercise/sport do you do?

Why are you using it?

I just started drinking a glass of milk mixed with a scoop of whey protein each day. I'm trying to eat more protein generally, and switching from a cardio-focused workout regimen to a strength training-focused regimen. I do find it makes me pretty full and a little more energetic.

I've been drinking a whey protein shake for breakfast for several years: a cup of milk in the blender, a scoop of whey protein powder, a tablespoon of fiber, and half a serving of fruit.

It's quick, it's delicious, and it keeps me full for 5-6 hours. On Saturdays and Sundays, I have breakfast when I come back from the gym (elliptical and/or bike). During the week, I go to the gym in the evening, about 90 minutes after a light dinner.

We put it in our fruit smoothies every morning. It keeps us full for hours, gives us energy, it's easy to digest, seems to reduce our appetites during rest of day and combined with exercise we've becomes stronger, leaner, and more fit. So for us it definitely has been beneficial.
