What apps have you found most helpful in achieving your fit ess goals? Workouts? Tracking? Counters? What worked for you and why? Thanks!

I love myfitnesspal. It's a food journaling app. You can update from your phone or it's website, it's database is huge, and if what you are looking for isn't in, you can just add the calories or add it in to the database yourself. You can also input your personal recipes and it will crunch the nutrition numbers for you.

It's working great for me because having to measure everything I eat and write it all down is keeping me honest. The only thing I've done is cut calories and learn to make better choices.

YES!

I have those stubborn last 10lbs to lose and in just a week I have shed 3lbs using this tool. I fully expect my weight loss to slow down dramatically going forward, but if I get in my exercise then I'm not hungry at all (unlike WW that I used to recently lose 35lbs I was starving). I have managed to exercise every day to get the extra calories.

MFP has been very easy to use and the database is truly extensive. I wish I had done this instead of WW, I would have saved money and been much less miserable.
