Tasting Menus in NOVA

Any good restaurants with tasting menus in NOVA?
We're near Fairfax/Reston, but don't really feel like going all the way downtown to have a celebration meal.

Any good ones in the suburbs with a tasting menu that you'd recommend?

2941 just redid their menu; it's much more casual. I personally don't love it anymore. I would go to Eve. I haven't had the tasting menu at Bazin's but have been there multiple times. It's good but not amazing. Eve's in a slightly different price range than the others, too, of course, so that could be a consideration.
