So now it’s ok to spit and play music blasters in the Metro?

I thought they were downgraded to potential civil infractions only. Every rider for himself or herself, I guess.

It is not your job to enforce the rules. Contact law enforcement if
someone is breaking a rule that is endangering someone. Or MYOB.
