I'm terrified that you don't see the failures of Trumpism. I'm even more terrified that you yourself give AOC power she doesn't have and don't realize it. She was far from the only politician or activist to oppose this deal, and her current position gives her no authority over its terms. Billboards like this make it seem like mighty Jeff Bezos scrammed at a mere word from a freshman Congresswoman.

Well, if we're talking about cheaper rent, she should move further out, pay $1500 total (not including utilities), and take public trans to work. I prefer that the reps "keep it real" by staying true to the platform that got them elected.

They say that Fox makes you less informed than you would be with no news and you appear to be an example. There were problems with the FAQ that was released with the GND, but the actual bill doesn't contain the language that Fox is trying to pass off as the GND. Rather than address the actual legislative language, Fox is misinforming its viewers by fixating on the FAQ which has been withdrawn. AOC actually understands progressive taxes. It has been her critics that don't. I have no idea how you could have mixed this up, but FOX... She, like many, including the Chicago Police Department, believed Smollett. I imagine she holds another position now. I have no idea what your complaint about her views on gentrification might be. What she tweeted is correct, if -- in my opinion -- incomplete.
