Here ya go. http://www.dcpsdatacenter.com/fy17_initial.html |
That's operating budgets, not capital. |
| The answer is NOT to leave DC for MD or VA. Murch is a special place and worth fighting for. |

| The HSA/SIT just released some good news regarding swing space. We will be onsite at UDC for the entire two year renovation and won't be forced to pick up and relocate three times in three years. At last something positive! |
Maybe resend your email? I sent one today and received a prompt reply. Thanks for writing!! |
That's great news! Great advocacy, HSA/SIT! |
Hey, that's great! What are the details behind it? What did they hash out? |
You can read about it here: http://murchschool.org/good-news-on-swing-space/ |
Well, that is a very common sentiment among neighbors I know in different areas of Ward 3. Perhaps you need to broaden your network a bit. |
This is cool, too "UDC is very interested in working with Murch on educational programs and partnerships. Areas that have already been mentioned as opportunities for partnerships between the two schools relate to urban farming, green energy, robotics, music, art, after school athletics and tutoring." |

PS- here's some press about the budget shortfall

Couldn't be that you need to broaden yours, right? And I still can't get over the idea that it's some badge of honor that she can't get anything done for her constituents because she's somehow too pure or good to work the system that exists. But, in her defense, she did finally respond to my (second) email. Hopefully she'll prove me wrong and get some results for Murch. |
I suggest you drop the bitchy attitude. She's a professional, but no one likes working with (or for) insufferable fools. Up to you, of course. |
Whoa. This went to a nasty place fast. I'm not sure what your point is, but I'm sorry to have upset you and wish you a happy weekend. |
