The kid went there to play football. Perhaps those other schools didn’t recruit him. You are a know it all that knows nothing. Quite foolish and weak. Was just at an STA event and spoke to two more kids: Yale and Columbia for them. That’s now 10 Ivys from just the subset of kids I know. |
The Westminster results aren’t even particular impressive, when you account for the class size. Why did you bother posting them op? |
“The kid went there to play football.” I hope he also went there to get an education. If so, he couldn’t manage to get recruited to play football at better HBCUs than ECSU?That’s not even the best HBCU in Maryland. 10 Ivies is nothing to brag about. Move along. |
| Keep in mind that at Westminster or any other strong private in GA, there are kids who could have gone to private T-10’s but opted for free tuition at UGA or GA Tech. |
Legacy hooks+ money. |
| Why is there a thread about some random school in Atlanta? |
Maybe…but 85%+ went OOS. |
This one is much more impressive. |
I don’t care about any of them. Take it to the Florida sub forum. |
This is delusional. |
Was staying quiet on this one, but I agree. This thread is off-topic, and the Westminster results aren’t even special. |
No it is not. RE is factory of full pay URMs and Ivies eat it up. If they were not URM they would have worse stats than Westminster. |
Plus straight A’s, near perfect or perfect test scores and unbelievable ECs. |
Lake Forest Academy has been an excellent school for decades - on the highest end of number of National Merit Scholars in the Chicago area privates. One main difference, however, is that it is a boarding school with about 30% international students. Lake Forest Country Day does not have a high school. St. Ignatius in Ohio has routinely 20+ national merit scholars! Interesting thread. It's a big world |
Perhaps he is from North Carolina and doesn’t care about Maryland. Admit you are a racist know it all fool. Very silly. The 10 is just from the subgroup of about 25 I know. I am quite confident there are more. Now get back to your Nash and Cibinic. |
