Whether or not he’s a multi millionaire has no bearing on whether he’s a loser or not. His actions make him a loser. He put people’s lives at risk. He is selfish and gross.

What does this mean? He is allowed to drive everywhere, except inside the state of New York? Is this permanent?

If he had a ny license it’s revoked everywhere.

So if his license is from TN or CA or somewhere, this changes his life not at all?

He got 25 hours community service within one year, and will pay a fine up to $500. His license in NY State will have a 90-day suspension.

FWIW this is totally typical for a first time DUI plea deal with no actual damage or injury.

That's why he had to trot his wife and child out for damage control. The nerve of him denying it at first and wasting public resources.
