This has nothing to do with the PRA.

Wrong

So you think Trump will be charged with a PRA violation?

Yep, Jack told his lawyers he’s going to the pokey:

I was trying my best to not get too excited but it sounds like Trump got bad news. All these troubles started after he left office. If he had just shut his trap and played golf he wouldn’t be in this particular mess, though there are earlier crimes he could be in trouble for. I’m glad the GOP is standing firmly behind him in this espionage case. I better chill the champagne.

Judicial Watch is not legitimate, esp when it comes to Trump.

NP not PP but Trump fans need to realize that we are way beyond violations of the PRA territory at this point.

Trump is getting charged this week, according to Andrew Weissmann

Judicial Watch is a joke. That Fitton dude isn't even an attorney yet keeps presenting himself as if he was one, and should be investigated for it.

Looks like Trump's attorneys are begging for a deal but are getting rebuffed. Trump has repeatedly shot holes in his own defense.

Sorry if you don't understand the difference between recording made by the president and classified document. There is a difference, believe it or not.

So smart of them to force Trump to steal classified documents, refuse to return them, lie about it, and try to cover it up so they could strategically time his indictment to distract from the Biden “scandal” that comer has manufactured out of whole cloth.

I'm still not getting excited. For some reason this terrible excuse of a person was foisted on us politically and has made some people so insane they can no longer tell what is real and what is fiction. And it's all over a reality star fake. It's just sad.

That said, I still don't believe Trump sees any consequences from this because the next news cycle is going to be a lot of very breathless reporting about how unprecedented it would be to prosecute a Presidential Candidate because somehow the pundit class is still firmly clinging to the idea that we are in normal times. And so is too much of the political class. DOJ will halt the prosecution and Trump will take advantage and turn it politically toxic. Then if he wins I don't think anyone is really ready for what will happen.

2024 is going to be an incredibly bumpy ride.

And you accidentally hit on that which is absolutely the most poisonous, most toxic aspect of society: the “mainstream” - read conservative - media steers everything. Honestly, Trump and a few other of his highest cronies truly do deserve the death penalty as written in the constitution. There should be no escape from prosecution at the very minimum.

First the DOJ stated that they would not charge Biden for having classified docs. Next the info comes from CBS on the same day Pence announces? Please!
