Wintergreen?

We're headed to Wintergreen for a long weekend with grandparents, one infant, one toddler and two sets of parents. Am dreading it already because no one in the group will even try to make any plans or talk about things we can do while we're there. Any suggestions on what to do there with little kids? I've checked the website and it is not terribly helpful, so I'd appreciate any information that will cut down on time we spend sitting around staring at each other!
