10 more days to go in billing cycle. Thank goodness for my unlimited texting plan.

Does she get any sleep????!

Is she an orphan, or are the parents too busy to care much?
I'd like to see how she's doing in her academics...

She has a boyfriend.

You are not alone.

FYI, that is 20 texts per hour, assuming she never sleeps. So if she does sleep, maybe 8 hours, she really needs to catch up to do over 400 per day. And if you don't think that is excessive, well, good luck to you as a parent. If she has anything less than a 4.0....

was she on toddler's and tiarra's as a baby?

perhaps you might want to start learning how to parent rather than lamenting that on DCUM?

Kids these days don't talk on the phone. they text in place of speaking.

Not true unless you allow/encourage that type of behaviour. "Kids these days <insert bad behaviour>" is a cop out that has been round since Pompeii.

Still, assuming 8 hours of sleep, it's 28 texts an hour, ever hour of every day this month. You remove time that she was in school, and you'd be well over 30 texts an hour. That's ridiculous by any measure.

Mom of kids who send thousands of texts every month. PP is right and I would say its probably like 80%. Very few texts are more than three words.

So that makes it OK? Pretty sad.
