| What could this mean? There was a great job posted on a company's website but it was not advertised on any other popular job board (indeed/monster/simplyhired). Is this a bad sign? It is a great job and I am hoping this doesn't mean that they are just going to hire someone internally. Thanks! |

It's possible that the job was already filled and they just haven't updated their website.
