are there any camps that will offer a refund if you withdraw BEFORE camp starts? Other than DPR?

I MAY be leaving my job to hang out with my kids all summer (yay!), but won't know if this is possible until late May. I was wondering if anyone knew of camps that would offer a refund if you withdraw before camp starts. I'm assuming most don't so that they can be sure about their enrollment/expenses, but was hopeful someone would know of something. In DC or MD (Takoma Park, College Park, close in SS) preferred. I know DPR offers a refund, but we've used DPR in the past with less than stellar results.

I know this is an old thread but I have the same question. Trying to plan ahead in a slow period for work.
