I got a FitBit for Christmas too! I have the FitBit Zip which is only does steps, miles and calories. It just uploads onto the webpage. No sleep features.
I'm also doing WW. This past week, I tracked with both--calories on Fitbit and points on WW. I liked doing that if only because I struggle with tracking. I need as much practice creating that habit. With Fitbit, the fruits count, but on WW, they don't. But with Fitbit, I feel like I can eat higher fat foods that would blow more points on WW. I think that it the end, it all balances out. Anyhoo, it seemed to work--I was down 1.8lbs. I am continuing with WW because I go to the meetings and also because their food list is so much more comprehensive.
