I think I will BBQ outside on Sunday - any marinade recipes?

What are you doing outside on Sunday?

We just moved into a house and don't even know where to begin with spending time in our yard.

I heard it was going to rain on Sunday.

Can't help you with the marinade ideas - I'm a vegetarian!

For about 1 lb chicken: 2 T balsamic vinegar, 2 T olive oil, 4 cloves garlic, minced and 1/2 T rosemary/thyme.

For beef, equal parts: soy sauce, red wine, olive oil. Maybe dash of cinnamon if you are feeling adventurous. Or add some rosemary and garlic also.

Enjoy!
