Does anyone have ideas?
For example, I do bean tacos and cheese tortillas, so my DH eats the cheese tortillas with nothing on them and I eat the beans, cheese, and veggies on mine and it's not that difficult. Anyone else have any other ideas? I am mostly vegetarian but I eat chicken! |

can you make chicken and veggies skewers and broil them and have some veggie-alone ones for the DH? With rice pilaf and a salad?
Pasta - with a meatball option? |

The trio lasagna pan! That way you can make your veggie lasagna using regular tomato sauce, then add some browned ground beef/sausage to the remainder of the tomato sauce, and bake it all at the same time:

| I do a lot of cooking in parts - stir fry means I stir fry the chicken, take it out of the pan, throw in veggies to cook, add sauce, serve the vegetarian veggies over rice, then add back chicken and serve myself (over rice). Works for picky kids who want theirs without sauce, too - pull veggies before sauce, add chicken, put on rice. Same deal if I am doing a pasta with veggies and meat - cook the components separately, throw together for individual plates. Roasting helps with this (roasted veggies and meat on rice or with lentils, for example). |
