Can a wrap dress be tailored to be smaller?

| Trying to figure out if this would be a big job or a small job. Not sure if I should scrap the dress or try to have it taken in. |

| Depends where the seams are. If it's all one piece I don't think it would look good. If there's a seam, possibly. |
