I do not want to exceed around $500. We spend so much on coffee out and believe we could save if we got a good home machine.
Thank you! |
| Nespresso? |
| Honestly? Get a stovetop espresso maker fron Bialetti andd an aerolatte milk foamer. I think the stovetop espresso runs $35 and the foamer about $20. I have a Bialetti that was my grandmother's (so vintage 60s)--still going strong, and the best espresso ever. |
| Just got a nespresso and really like it. Get the aerocino too. Be warned that each capsule is 60 cents. You can make larger cups but not a pot of coffee. |

The stovetops don't really make espresso, although some people like them a lot.
I find the video reviews at Seattle Coffee Gear pretty helpful/fun, and their prices are as low as anyone's. Coffeegeek also has some good info but it takes more work to dig it up. |
| I love my Nepresso Pixie with aerocino! |
What I would say exactly, amazon carries them and they are fantastic.

| We used to have a Bialetti but switched to a Nespresso a year ago, and the coffee is so much better. We have the Citiz without the milk frother. About $250. |
