My post keeps disappearing

Jeff - are you deleting my post in the Real Estate-Sellers, it's time to list? A lot of other people are exchanging info about the houses they plan to list, why is mine disappearing?

Yes, I have been deleting them. The description of the Real Estate forum says:

Discussion about Real Estate and home improvement issues including recommendations (but no "for sale" posts).

Your posts have been "for sale" posts. Hence, they have been deleted. If there are other posts that I missed, please point them out and I will remove them as well.

What's wrong with using this forum to network about homes coming on the market and matching interested buyers an sellers? Plenty of people interested in trying to avoid realtor fees.

There is no shortage of websites geared toward selling homes. I am not interested in providing another one. If you can advertise your home, what is to prevent real estate agents from posting their listings here? If that is allowed, soon the forum will be nothing for "for sale" ads. That's not my goal for the forum.
