1. Buy your favorite small round non sourdough high fiber bread
2. Cut round hole in top 3. Scoop out interior 4. Cut the excess interior/top crust into crouton sized pieces, toss them with a little olive oil and herbs, stick in over. Croutons freeze great, so you can use them another day when you aren't doing a bread bowl. 5. Proceed with your bread bowl. |
