Anybody ever tried Internet/Phone Counseling? Recommendations?

| I am currently on an overseas posting and coming to terms with the fact that I am in serious need of some counseling. Anybody tried it? How do you find a good counselor? |

OP, sorry I can't help you but I will encourage you to keep looking for help. I lived for a number or years overseas and it can be very isolating. I had a friend who worked at a suicide prevention/ substance abuse hotline and she was just the most caring person- so friendly and perfect for the job.

| Hi. Just saw your post. Phone counseling can be very effective and Ive read plenty of research stating the same. Check out Rachel Dack because she offers phone counseling and I've heard positive reviews from the Bethesda community. |
