Birthday gift for one year old girl?

We're going to a one year old girl's birthday party and I'm at a loss for what to get her. She has an older sister, so they have all of the obvious toys, books, etc. Anyone have any good ideas? I have all boys, so I always love to buy girl things when I can, but I'll take anything at this point! I'm thinking of spending somewhere in the $20 range.
