The problem is if you call companies like this to inquire about pricing,etc., you often feel pressured to come in for an appointment, sign up, etc. That's one of the benefits of taking information from a forum like DCUM. |

| You eat 5 meals a day from Medifast. For me it's 11-12 a day. So that times however many days plus your one "regular" meal. |

| Just FYI, you don't have to go to one of their store fronts. You can order online & then it's just the cost of the meals. |
