How long for normal cycle after weaning?

| I had my period for the first time last month. I'm still nursing but not much. I don't think I ovulated this month though. Is this normal? I ovulated fine before my DS. Anyone have similar experiences? |

Period came back at 14mos. Weaned at 26mo. Since then it's been like clockwork every 4wks.
Not trying to conceive so I don't know if I'm ovulating. I'm 40. |
