Best place to watch the Skins game (want to go somewhere fun)?

DH's 35th birthday is Sunday and we're going to go out with some friends and watch the game.... would have loved to get tickets but it didn't work out, so getting a sitter and going out to watch the game is his next choice for birthday festivities. Any ideas for a good spot to watch the game? NOVA preferably but would be willing to go downtown (we live in Fairfax). Thanks!

Nellie's Sports Bar is highly rated. So is Redline and Lou's City Bar. All are in DC.
