Salary ballpark -What to expect?

Im new to DC. I know what this job would pay in the part of the country I came from but not sure about DC metro/inside beltway.
Executive Admin for a well-known medium sized practice (not law) Supporting one of the execs - but not the top exec. Im experienced, poised, mature (both in age and attitude) but not OLD. Im interviewing soon, and should it get to the point where we discuss salary Id like to know what to ask for and what to expect. TIA |

I would say 55k-70k, depending on if the orgnization were nonprofit, federal, corporate, etc

| 50K for a newby at this job. Up to 100K + bonus for a seasoned long-timer. |

| PP here -- That was actually more of an estimate for the top execs, so, I'd probably take 10K off each estimate. |

OP here - good to know thanks so much for the info! I was thinking $40K - and was crossing my fingers for that!
I believe the practice would be considered private/non-profit...but again, well-known and top of their particular industry. |
