Christmas Day Brunch ideas

Anonymous
This is my first year hosting Christmas for out of town family and I want to have a nice, simple Christmas brunch that won't require too much work. I'm already cooking all of Christmas dinner. So far, all l I'm coming up with is fresh fruit and blueberry muffins. Any other ideas? Thanks!

I would do a breakfast strata (eggs, sausage, etc.) which you assemble the night before and then just put in the oven on Christmas morning.

I would also have some bagels and cream cheese on hand.

We host a brunch every christmas day. Menu usually includes strata or quiche, fruit salad, bacon/ sausage, assorted pastries.. Scones, muffins, donuts ( usually a hit with the kids)nutty cinnamon bread, etc, mimosas, bloodies, etc. i always have cookies for later. Works out fine every year. I have also done a honey baked ham in the past with rolls, condiments.. Super easy!
