What should I bake for the admin crew at my son's school?

I have a ton of cookies that I already baked, but they are all spoken for in goodie bags (mailman, dogwalker, teachers, neighbors, etc.). I need to bake a big ole batch of something easy to drop off for his school admin when I drop off the teacher gifts on Wednesday. I was thinking shortbread and cheese straws. Any other suggestions? Something really easy that makes lots of bite-sized thingies for them to nosh.

I love the cheese draws idea-- something savory would be nice admits all the sweets!
