Short Term Housing

Any recommendations on where to find short term housing in the Arlington, Falls Church, Vienna area. My mom will be here for a couple of months helping when I return to work from maternity leave-our place is small, so we're looking for short term housing (1-3 months). Any recommendations of places to contact would be greatly appreciated. The short term coporate housing type places seem very expensive.

Have you looked at Craig's List?
Also, check out neighborhood listserves. In Capitol Hill, people on Moms on the Hill ask if anyone will be out of town and needs a housesitter.

Another option is Oakwood Apartments/Corporate Housing. They have monthly rentals of furnished apartments with locations in both Arlington and Falls Church. www.oakwood.com

residence Inn Merrriott. Breakfast and dinner included. I know a few people that have stayed there over a yr! I could not do that, but for a few months it would be great. Or as someone already recommended, Oakwood.
