Great gift basket for great parents?

My parents have been incredibly helpful and generous to us in our first year with our little one. They have what they need, so I'm thinking maybe good food/gift basket. I don't want something that's all sweets--my dad has heart issues and needs to keep his weight down--but something that they could maybe use for lunch or an appetizer. I've already given them the Zingerman's pasta dinner and a subscription to Zingerman's breads (although I'm thinking about doing the latter again). But I'd like to find something different. Any suggestions?

Are they local? If so, here's my suggestion: go to Whole Foods or something like that and get a basket of unique fruit (I saw some pomelos the other day - basically things you wouldn't ordinarily buy) and other "treats" that don't have to be sweets. Are they still working? If so, maybe include a gift certificate to a restaurant near each of their workplaces so they can have a special lunch one day. Or maybe gift certs to some restaurants near their house ("taste of X neighborhood").

Or maybe a gift cert to a concert hall (Strathmore if you are in Mont Co) and they can choose an event at their convenience. That could be the "big gift" that goes along with the little things.

How about a gift certificate to their fanciest local restaurant? I gave my parents a gift certificate to the Inn at Little Washington and they LOVED it!
